About me and my therapy practice

I have more than 25 years experience working with individuals,couples and families I am accredited with BACP and COSRT. I have an extensive knowledge of autism and I am registered with the National Autistic Society supporting families/family members who need help.

Practice description

I work at the Cardinal Clinic in Windsor and also in Beckenham.

The Cardinal Clinic is a private psychiatric clinic, hence I have experience in working with mental health issues and their effect of family members.

I am experienced in working online with Skype and also offer telephone counselling.

My first session

The first session offers a chance to look at the overall difficulties being presented. It is an assessment to benefit both myself and the client and it's particularly important for the client to be able to determine whether they feel comfortable in working with me. We will look at some past information as well as determining what the client wants to gain from coming to see me.
