About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, supportive confidential service for individuals. Each person responds to the events that happen in their lives differently. Your issue, what you would like to bring to therapy is the starting point for our work together. Realising that things are difficult is the first step. We cannot change the past events in our lives but we can choose how we think about them and how they affect our current being. An initial session can help you see if therapy feels right for you at this time. I have experience in the NHS and private practice.My first session
