About me and my therapy practice
I am a registered member of the BACP.
I work with adolescents, adults and couples in Guildford and Worplesdon. Daytime and evening appointments available.
I believe that each person is unique and therefore will respond to different models and techniques to build the counselling relationship.
I offer 1-1 counselling sessions providing time to explore what is concerning you without fear of judgement and criticism. I offer time to reflect and focus on yourself in a safe, confidential and supportive space that can be powerful and beneficial to you.
The counselling relationship within the room provides the space you need to be heard and will allow you to gain awareness and understanding of yourself. I encourage you to lead the way at your own pace.
I passionately feel that no issue is too small and that one is never too young or too old to make positive changes, if desired.
I am able to work creatively with people who find it difficult to express their feelings and emotions with others.
Exploring past and present experiences and situations may trigger raw emotions and I would be alongside you working to a future you would prefer, empowering you going forward.
