About me and my therapy practice

Life is sometimes tough and leaves us with overwhelming, feelings, thoughts and experiences that we desperately wish were not there. Sometimes, we behave in ways we wish we did not and wish to understand why we behave that way or how we can change. It does not matter how you feel right now or how we behave. Whether depressed, anxious, stuck, lost, confused, embattled, hopeless, estranged, isolated, lonely, rejected, suicidal or angry, what matters is that we can work through any of those feelings and can experience what you would rather experience.

I take each client as an individual and tailor my approach to their needs. So, whether you are looking for a change, trying to explore the past or present experiences, or looking for way of coping with your current difficulties, I am interested in being a significant part of your journey. With over 15years-experience of working with people struggling with their mental health, and experience of counselling on relationship issues, anxiety, depression addiction, eating disorders weight and health issue with encouraging feedback, I feel confident that we can work through your issues together.

I enjoy witnessing transformations in clients, so if you want to work towards change and growth, I am willing to work with you. I am passionate about getting results and helping clients make remarkable difference in their lives.

I offer a confidential, caring, compassionate and non-judgmental space to explore clients’ issues. I clarify clients’ goals, agree on my approach with them and regularly review our work to ensure clients' expectations are met. With the understanding that change often takes time, I work at your pace and towards the goal you desire. Typically, most clients experience long lasting changes between 6 and 12 weeks, but some require more sessions.

My first session

I offer a free and brief telephone consultation to help me understand why you're reaching out and to answer any questions you may have. During this consultation, if we agree that we can work together, we will arrange our first session.

The first session is focused on getting more details about the issues that have brought you into counselling and to agree on our way of working together.

I only offer online and telephone Counselling currently.

I am available between 8.30am to 9pm Monday to Friday, except Tuesdays, and have flexible weekend availability. Send me an email or call and leave a message if I am unavailable. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
