About me and my therapy practice
We all experience challenges and difficulties in our lives that are often deeply rooted in our past experiences and relationships. This can make us feel stuck and unable to untangle problems which can lead to depression, anxiety and relationship issues. When difficulties arise, a bit of help from an independent qualified professional can be an effective solution to create positive change. Together we will look at healing from past trauma. Having someone confidential to talk to in non-judgmental space where you feel listened to and heard is key.
My name is Nicky Wilson and I am a fully registered member of BACP, fully insured and DBS checked. I am a humanistic, integrative therapist, meaning I use a number of different approaches depending on my client's needs, creating our own unique experience. I am kind, compassionate and easy to talk to. Together we will work through whatever challenges you are facing in order to start the healing process and repair past experiences which have made this a hard task to navigate alone. I work relationally so that the positive relationship between us will be at the heart of our work.
I am offering Zoom, Skype or phone therapy until the Autumn when I will also be seeing clients face to face in a Covid-secure room in N.12, North London.
