About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced integrative counsellor and CBT therapist. It means that I draw on a different therapeutic models to meet your needs. I integrate person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT approach in my therapeutic work.
My core values are warmth, empathy and non-judgmental attitude. I believe that professional relationship is at the core of therapeutic work. I can help you and support you in difficult moments, offering a warm and safe space where you can feel valued and listened to. My work also involves helping you to gain some insights into how past experiences affect your current feelings and behaviour and how to make positive changes in life.
I work according to BACP ethical guidelines. I am a registered member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work in Deptford SE8 and at Canary Wharf E14. Please contact me to have a brief conversation about the nature of your difficulties and to establish whether the support I offer would be useful to you.
Practice description
I offer some concessionary rates at £35 for those on low income as well as those affected by COVID 19. Please enquire for more details.
