About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist. I use a range of approaches including EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) as well as counselling and cognitive and behavioural interventions. I am particularly interested in working with trauma and PTSD.
I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an EMDR Europe accredited practitioner.
I trained in counselling and psychotherapy at the University of East London (BACP accredited course) and completed my Diploma in 2006.
