About me and my therapy practice
I am a counsellor trained in attachment-based therapy. My expertise is with anxiety, depression, grief and loss and relationship problems. I help my clients work through these personal challenges by letting them explore the past freely in our sessions. My non-judgemental approach aims to help clients feel liberated and supported.
I aim to enable individuals to lead fuller and more resourceful lives. If you are feeling stressed or depressed, suffering from anxiety or having relationship difficulties and would like to talk to someone, psychotherapy can help.
There are now social distancing measures that have been put in place with coronavirus. It is important those who are struggling to come to terms with their new situation are provided with talk therapy services during this pandemic.
After careful consideration I have taken steps to move my counselling practise online to comply with government guidelines regarding the coronavirus pandemic. Online therapy is being provided to all my clients using several online platforms including Skype, Zoom, and Facetime. Online sessions are available throughout the week.
Benefits to this approach include flexibility on time slots, weekend sessions, and late cancellation (4 hours prior to session) and i am also offering a reduced rate of £40 for a fifty minute session.
