About me and my therapy practice

I am a counsellor trained in attachment-based therapy. My expertise is grief and loss (bereavement, child and pregnancy loss) and relationship problems. I help my clients work through these personal challenges by letting them explore the past freely in our sessions. My non-judgemental approach aims to help clients feel liberated and supported.

I aim to enable individuals to lead fuller and more resourceful lives. If you are feeling stressed or depressed, suffering from anxiety or having relationship difficulties and would like to talk to someone, psychotherapy can help.

My therapy room is in a tranquil setting in Purley with floor to ceiling glass surrounded by a wooded garden. I believe this environment helps clients feel relaxed and helps with the therapeutic process.

About me and my therapy practice

In addition to working as a counsellor for 3 years, I also work as a supervisor to counsellors. Supervision protects clients by involving an impartial third party in the work of a counsellor and client, helping to reduce the risk of serious oversight and helping the counsellor concerned to reflect on their own feelings, thoughts, behaviour and general approach with the client. I aim to  building a positive and supportive relationship with counsellors and work with them to uncover aspects of their counselling relationships currently unexplored.
