About me and my therapy practice

My aim is to provide a warm, safe place for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences, and where you will be listened to without judgement. I currently offer remote counselling by video link (Skype etc), or telephone, and can be flexible about how you would like to work in terms of time and length of therapy. I am happy to discuss concessionary fees, according to your current ability to pay.

I am committed to a person-centred (non-directive) approach. This means that our counselling sessions will be led by you, so it is up to you what you would like to talk about. I invite a relational, collaborative approach, where we work together at a pace that feels appropriate for you.

I hold a BA and Diploma in person-centred counselling from Metanoia Institute, and have experience at East London Mental Health Support (Mind) and other community-based counselling services. I have worked with clients from a wide range of ages and backgrounds. I can work on a time-limited basis or a longer-term basis.
