About me and my therapy practice

Hello.

Thank you for stopping to read about my therapy practice.

I became a registered, Accredited Member of the BACP in 2016. I have specialised in (childhood) sexual abuse counselling for long over a decade now.

I find that my integrative model of counselling (person-centred, Transactional Analysis and Inner-Child therapy; but flexible to your needs) works well, as so many survivors are searching for empowerment and autonomy: freedoms that they have been denied.

I am also experienced in specialist alcohol counselling, play therapy and generic counselling.

I am based in Sidmouth, Devon and we can meet face to face at Essential Therapies (on the High Street); alternatively there is Zoom, telephone or even walk/talk if you would prefer.
