About me and my therapy practice

My name is Rachel and I have been working as a counsellor for six years. In that time I have worked primarily for the NHS and this has allowed me to work with a variety of issues clients come to counselling for.

I have been a member of the BACP since I started my training and have worked my way to achieving BACP Accreditation.

I work privately from a several locations across County Durham and nearby areas. If you contact me, we can agree on a location that is convenient for you. Fees can depend on location. Home visit appointments can be arranged in some cases for people who struggle to leave the house.

My specialities include bereavement, childhood abuse and anger management.
