I am available between the hours of 9.30 - 8pm for sessions. I will reply to emails during working hours and as soon as possible.
I will reply to answerphone messages left where permission has been given to call back, but will not answer phone numbers I do not recognise due to confidentiality and possible appropriateness of the environment I maybe in.

Hello. My name is Lou. I would like to support you. If you are feeling vulnerable or are in need of some help; maybe things are no longer in your control, than please get in touch. Not being able to trust or understand your own thoughts and feelings, yet finding yourself stuck in them, can be very overwhelming and I would like to support and help you find some peace and calm, so you can re-connection to yourself again without so much pain, fear or sadness.
I have wide and varied experience and knowledge of emotional and psychological stressors and have worked with many clients requiring support through difficulties such as historical coercive and physical abuse, OCD work, chronic shame, disconnection from self, guilt and self hatred.
I am available face to face on Fridays in Exminster, via Telephone or Online via Zoom the rest of the week. Email me for further details or visit my website.

When working remotely I am based from my home office.
My first session
I offer an initial 20-30 minute free Telephone or Zoom Consultation, so you can get a feel for me and so we can discuss your needs.
Our first sessions last upto but nolonger than an hour. This will be used to complete some basic paperwork, discuss your needs and how we might work together.
