Are you struggling with stress, anxiety and feelings of inadequacy? I offer you the opportunity to feel supported, to explore and understand what is creating your difficulty and help you find ways of coping.
I have worked with a wide range of clients and issues since 2013 and have a private practice within walking distance of Queens Park Station.
I work in an integrative way which means I use a wide range of approaches tailored to your need and the nature of the material you bring to therapy.
I provide private weekly sessions once a week for 50 minutes and offer one free initial 20 minute telephone consultation, an informal discussion to evaluate how I can help you.
