About me and my therapy practice
To get the most out of therapy it is crucial that you feel safe, supported, and comfortable sharing whatever is on your mind. Therapy is about giving you a forum where you can do just that whilst being listened to, without judgement or disruption, which sometimes doesn't happen in our everyday lives.
My clinical experience began 6 years ago at the Sangam Centre and CPPD's Counselling facility in North London, where I helped a diverse client base with their psychological well being, and I've been running my own practice for three years.
The approach that I use is integrative, which means that I draw upon different approaches such as CBT, humanistic and psychodynamic, which may involve exploring links between the past and the present to help you make the decisions that are right for your future.
My specialities include anxiety, depression, bereavement and relationship issues.
My private practice is in Muswell Hill, but currently only offering online sessions due to Covid.
My first session
I start the process with an hour-long initial assessment where we'll discuss your current situation, history, goals and which therapeutic approach(es) would be suitable.
