About me and my therapy practice
I am a Person-Centred Psychotherapist/Counsellor, based at The Romney Centre in Southampton. I can offer visits both at the centre, or at your home, to allow accessibility for everyone.
What I offer is a warm, friendly, open and honest space, that is confidential and gives you the opportunity to talk freely about whatever it is that is troubling you.
I am here to listen to you and sometimes the greatest feeling is to be truly heard by someone and understood.
Finding a counsellor can be daunting, so initially I would suggest we arrange a telephone conversation where we can discuss what you are looking for, and what to expect from counselling. From there, if you are happy to go ahead, we can arrange an appointment at a convenient time.
Counselling sessions will last 50 minutes with daytime and evening appointments available.
