About me and my therapy practice

I have over 20 years experience as a counsellor and supervisor, working with a wide range of issues. I co-ran a Counselling Service in an FE College for 20 years. Counselling is about establishing a trusting relationship within which clients can explore the thoughts and feelings they have about their current difficulties and find a way forward.I work both short and long term.
