If you are feeling anxious, depressed, finding close relationships hard or facing difficult times, there’s a good chance that I can help you. My strength is building warm relationships with my clients that allow them to feel heard and understood. This can help you feel better and free you to make positive changes.

Your mental health is important so I offer affordable sessions and flexible working patterns. Your time is also valuable so I try to ensure that my patients have gained something useful or enhancing in every session.

My Approach

I enjoy building warm therapeutic relationships with my clients and creating a safe space where they feel really heard and understood.

My Experience

I have extensive experience in helping people navigate difficult relationships both at home and work, and in offering effective support to those suffering from anxiety and depression. I have a particular interest in family difficulties, supporting parents, and working with people going through IVF or facing infertility, miscarriage, still birth, childlessness and baby loss.

My Qualifications

I have a first class BSC Hons degree in Humanistic Counselling. This means I can draw on a number of different approaches and techniques and tailor the way I work to what suits you best.

How I Work

I draw on my experience and training to support clients to feel better and make changes in their lives. However, I’m not an expert on you or your story, and our sessions will be at your pace and guided by what you want to achieve. Whatever you bring will be treated respectfully and in confidence.

Practice description

Where Do I Work?

I offer effective and affordable online or phone counselling.

I also work face-to-face in Chiswick, London, W4 and Ealing, London W5. My rooms in Chiswick and Ealing are comfortable and airy. I have extensive training on working online. I often work on Zoom, but I am happy to use Facebook or other platforms.

What are my Specialisms?

What is is I see clients with a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, low mood and bereavement. I also work for a specialist pregnancy and baby loss charity in central London. Personal experience ignited my interest in this area, and I have since supported both men and women through miscarriage, still birth, infertility struggles, IVF, donor conception, terminations and the personal impact these events can have, as well as the impact on relationships.

How childhood experiences impact us as adults is also an area I'm  interested in, with a particular leaning towards supporting people whose experience at school impacts them today, particularly those who feel that attending boarding school at a young age has changed the way they relate to the those around them.

My first session

What Happens in the First Session?

There is no need to prepare for our sessions. First sessions can be daunting, so I will do my best to put you at your ease and explain how I work and what you can expect. I will usually have some questions to help me understand why you have come to therapy now. We will discuss what you'd like to achieve and how to best achieve that together.I offer a free introductory telephone conversation – it is a opportunity for you to ask questions and decide if I’m the right therapist for you. You will have the chance to tell me a little bit about yourself, how things are for you at the moment and what brings you to therapy. There is no need to do any preparation.
