About me and my therapy practice

I offer short-term and long-term therapy for adults of all ages and backgrounds. My aim is to provide a safe place in which you can be honest about concerns that are difficult to share or even to think about.

I have been involved in psychotherapy since 2009 and have professional Masters and Diploma qualifications, as well as a degree majoring in psychology.

Call for a chat with no obligation or email to arrange an initial appointment to say more about what you are looking for.

Current availability in Ealing: Tuesday / Thursday evenings

Initial appointment £40; appointments £50

How I work

People come to counselling for many reasons – anxiety, panic, depression, family issues, work issues, relationship issues. Counselling is a way of looking at any topic without judgement.

It is a journey that can feel both challenging and exciting. It is a chance to gain understanding and find a way forward.

We are all different. My aim is to help you find your own voice and way of being in the world. It is an opportunity to discover your ‘true self’ beneath life’s complications so you can begin living a more fulfilling life.

Sometimes the focus is on finding practical solutions to present day challenges. It can also be interesting to look at our experiences growing up and how that shaped us. Sometimes counselling can be more about finding meaning and purpose in a ‘cold world’. Or it can be a combination of these things.

For me, counselling is about getting to know more about who you are and learning to be ok with that. Sometimes we can be hard on ourselves when we are actually just being human!

My style mostly involves talking, but it can also be helpful to use breathing exercises and mindfulness.
