About me and my therapy practice

**It is in the shelter of each other that the people live.**

I am a psychodynamic therapist with experience in NHS, agency and now private settings. I offer short-term, long-term, or open-ended counselling and psychotherapy.

I have worked with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, trauma, abuse, cultural dislocation and low self-esteem.

I work online, by phone, and in-person from a consulting space near Putney Bridge station.

Practice description

Once you get in touch either by email or by phone message, I aim to answer you within 72 hours, usually sooner. We will then schedule an initial consultation session to gain a sense of your needs and how we might work together.

The office is accessed up six steps, so may not be accessable to those with mobility issues. For those at higher risk from or concerned about airbourne viruses, I operate a HEPA air filter during in-person sessions and would be comfortable wearing an FFP2 certified mask if requested in advance.

Fees are between £65 - £75 per session depending on time and location.
