About me and my therapy practice

My name is Louise Southern and I work predominantly using a humanistic approach, offering a non-judgemental, accepting and safe space for reflection and exploration of emotional problems with the aim of working towards making sense of your world to alleviate emotional distress.

I recognise the uniqueness of every individual and this is core to my work and I am passionate about the vital role the therapeutic relationship has in assisting with exploration of your own sense of self.

I offer a confidential, safe and boundaried space to assist you in finding a way forward with the issues you are currently experiencing, enabling you to explore thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement.
