About me and my therapy practice
I can offer you a safe and contained space to help you to examine your problems. I am an experienced and highly qualified therapist. My main initial training was in psychodynamic theory, but I prefer working integratively, which means that I use different theoretical models to enable me to work in the best possible way for each individual client and their problems. I do believe though, that therapy is not a sticking plaster to be quickly applied when a crack appears. I believe that there are deep seated reasons why we feel and behave as we do, and these need to be understood before you can begin the healing process. Sometimes problems start when we are unable to access or express our feelings adequately, I can help you to understand your feelings which will lead you to become strong enough to express them.
