About me and my therapy practice

I provide a warm and sensitive counselling service at several locations around the Warlingham, Oxted and Sanderstead areas. I am a BACP qualified counsellor and I use an integrative style of therapy combining CBT, person-centered and psychodynamic which allows me to adapt my approach depending on the needs of my clients.

I offer counselling from age 14+ and have worked as an adolescent counsellor and psychotherapist for over 10 years. I am a qualified IPT-A practitioner (accredited through IPT UK). IPT-A (interpersonal psychotherapy training for adolescents) is an evidence based, effective and active intervention therapy for adolescents with depression.

I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, bereavement, relationship difficulties, anger, bullying and low self esteem.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), and adhere to their Professional Code of Conduct and Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
