About me and my therapy practice

I have enjoyed providing Therapeutic Counselling for more than 25 years. During this time I have worked with a wide variety of people experiencing a number of challenges.

In the past 8 years I have developed skills for working particularly with Traumas ranging from simple to more complex childhood trauma and PTSD

I would be happy to discuss with you how we might be able to work together.

Practice description

I offer the opportunity to talk about your current situation and explore with you any events in your past that might be contributing to how you are feeling now.

Dealing with past events can free you up to live your life differently now if you choose.

My first session

It is important for me to get a good understanding of who you are and what has shaped your life, so I like to get information about your family growing up and your current family in the first session.

I also want you feel comfortable with me, so there is the opportunity for you to ask me questions pertinent to the Therapy and how we will work together.
