About me and my therapy practice

  • Fully booked at present.

In life sometimes we feel stuck and struggle to make sense of our difficulties. At times like these it can be helpful to talk to someone outside of our family or friends circle. I can offer you a confidential space where you can discuss your problems and be yourself, whatever that might be. I am committed to understanding the world through your eyes and together we can explore the challenges and choices you face. I can help you to overcome difficulties and make positive, meaningful and lasting change in your life.

Developing self-understanding, exploring different ways of thinking and being, can lead you to finding more stability and peace in your life.

I gained my professional qualifications from the University of Leicester. My training is Integrative, meaning I use a range of complementary theoretical viewpoints in my practice. This flexibility allows a unique approach for each individual.

Alongside private practice I work as a volunteer counsellor at a counselling charity, supporting clients who have been referred by the NHS, higher education institutes and social services.

I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and operate within their Ethical Framework , I continually engage in professional development.

I am also a member of Mind, the mental health charity.
