About me and my therapy practice
I am a Registered and Accredited member of BACP with over 18 years experience. I am currently offering telephone and online appointments during the pandemic. My practice includes working with stress, anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, relationships and couples, family issues, work and health related problems and personal development. I practise in Maidstone and Sevenoaks and serve the surrounding areas. My approach is integrative, using different theoretical models. I have additional training in couple and relationship issues, and have specialist counselling experience of working with bereavement and loss. I am an approved counsellor for certain health insurance companies and EAP providers. I also have experience in primary care work both with the NHS and privately.
Some concessions are available including reduced rates for counselling students.
My qualifications include Dip Therapeutic Couns (Humanistic) 2001; Bereavement & Loss Couns 2003; Foundations of Cogitive Behavioural Therapy 2010; Certificate in Couple Dynamics 2015

Shortly due to commence supervisor training I am currently offering reduced cost individual supervision.
I am a Registered and Accredited member of BACP with over 18 years experience as a counsellor/psychotherapist. My practise includes working with stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, couples counselling, relationship issues and personal development. My approach is integrative using different theoretical models. I have experience in primary care work both with the NHS and privately and I have additional training in bereavement/loss and couples and relationship work. I am an affilitiate counsellor for several EAP providers, insurance companies and occupational health organisations.
I believe Supervision to be a supportive, positive, collaborative and learning experience, offering support with client issues, ethical dilemmas and professional development.
