About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor working with individuals. I believe that the relationship between counsellor and client is the most important aspect in helping clients overcome difficulties that can at times be difficult to discuss. Together we will look at the underlying issues that have brought you to seek counselling. I have experience in working with clients with a wide range of issues, including difficulties in relationships, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, sexual identity and work related stress.
