About me and my therapy practice
I am a counsellor with 20 years experience of counselling in many settings.
I am a registered and senior accredited member of the BACP.
I work in an integrative way using Person -Centred and Transactional Analysis (TA) counselling ideas to help you make sense of what may be preventing you from living a contented and more fulfilled life. Together we can look at your relationships, work issues or bereavement or maybe at just what makes you tick.
I offer support and understanding and reflections and when using TA we can understand how the past and our childhood experiences impact on how we feel about ourselves and others as adults.
Practice description
I am offering sessions on-line using Zoom and telephone counselling (I phone or contact you at an agreed time).
I am available Mondays to Wednesdays 9am to 5.00pm but other times can be arranged.
My first session
In our first session I will ask you about yourself and ask for some details.
I will assess whether I am the right person to counsel you and check with you that you are comfortable about being counselled by me.
Our first session will be charged at £20.

About me and my therapy practice
I work in an Integrative way using my training in Person-Centred and Transactional Analysis (TA) training.
I believe supervision needs to be offered in a non judgemental manner, with support and sharing. I encourage supervisees to bring their good client work as well as their not so good work so we can learn and grow together. I don't profess to be an expert so the supervision is a shared experience.
I work with Groups and Individuals
Practice description
Currently I am offering supervision on-line (Zoom) and by telephone.
I am familiar with local training institutes' supervision requirements and will complete reports at no additional cost.
