I offer both face to face and remote counselling and supervision.  I offer concessionary rates for students both for counselling and supervision.

I am a mature counsellor and supervisor with a wealth of life experience. I have a private practice and work with a wide range of issues and I also work in a cancer care organisation. My main model is the person centred approach but I offer integrative counselling to suit individual needs and  my over-riding belief is that it is the relationship between counsellor and client  that is of paramount importance.  This relationship  provides trust, empathy and understanding in a non-judgmental confidential setting.  I also have many years experience in bereavement/grief counselling.

I have experience of working with a diverse range of clients with a wide range of counselling needs from the ages of 18 to 80 with mild, moderate or severe issues.

I provide both long and short term counselling and supervision both face to face or remotely. 

I am currently available to take on supervisees.   I have a private practice and try to work around the availability of the supervisee as much as possible. I offer remote sessions  as well as face to face.

My contact hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.  I will respond to email and phone messages as soon as possible.

I offer safe and supportive supervision for your personal and professional developmental  needs and to monitor and promote the welfare or both client and supervisee.   This is premised on mutual respect and transparency and reflection on individual practice.  I offer supervision for both qualified and student  therapists with  concessionary rates for students.

I am an integrative counsellor with my main model being person centred.  I have been in private practice for nearly 10 years and also work as a counsellor in a cancer care organisation. My work experience has been varied and diverse having worked  in a mental health setting, Age UK and GP practice.

I am  a registered member of the BACP.

I offer a half an hour free introductory session to meet and talk through requirements and expectations with a view to building an effective and therapeutic relationship.  Any practical issues can be discussed at this time
