About me and my therapy practice

I know how difficult it can be to decide to begin counselling.

I would aim to be warm, non-judgemental and caring with you and to listen carefully to your problems and to support you to move towards personal growth and change. We would work at your own pace on issues you would choose in a safe and confidential way.

I would work flexibly with you according to your needs and circumstances. I have six years of successful counselling work with adults and young people.

I work in a person-centred and relational way where our relationship is crucial and you are valued as a client and as a person. I also draw on psychodynamic theories to link feelings and issues in the present with events and feelings from the past and from childhood experiences. I would be alongside you on your journey to greater fulfilment in life.
