About me and my therapy practice

My practice is located three miles south of Colchester. There is ample parking in my driveway. I offer a calm, professional environment to a person seeking counselling/therapeutic support. I have been a qualified therapist for over 24 years. Alongside my private practice I have been an in house Counsellor for a number of G/P surgeries, worked sessionally for a project dedicated to personality disorders and am an associate Counsellor for EAPs. I am BUPA Recognised. I offer time limited (6-12 sessions) or long term (ongoing sessions) which can be agreed between us at assessment. The time frame is offered to confirm that a person can rely on the space they are asking for and can be managed according to a person’s need.
