About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified integrative relational counsellor and psychotherapist, I see the relationship as being at the heart of my counselling approach. My aim is to provide a warm and trustworthy relationship, helping my clients to feel safe and secure to open up and explore their life, worries and relationships in a non-judgemental and confidential environment. My integrative approach also allows me to draw from different therapeutic approaches according to my client’s individual needs.
Amongst other things I have experience in working with people with addiction or those affected by a loved one’s addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues as well as working with young people in a university setting. I offer appointments in Surbiton for adults or young people aged 16+.
Taking the first step to see a counsellor can be a daunting one, and I believe it is important for you to feel comfortable with your counsellor. Please feel free to make contact without obligation by phone or email and we can arrange an initial discussion to see if I am the right counsellor for you. If I am unable to answer the phone, please leave a message or send me a text. Your enquiry will be dealt with in confidence.
