About me and my therapy practice

I have a special interest and work with clients who have experienced rape and sexual abuse.

I am a trained supervisor for counsellors, both group and individual supervision.

I am also trained to deliver EMDR and I am currently working to accreditation with the EMDR UK and Ireland Association

Practice description

I offer individual integrative counselling and work with clients to process a wide range of issues. I can see client's face to face or alternatively I do work remotely either by telephone or online, it just depends on the client's needs and appropriate guidelines that need to be considered.

I also deliver EMDR therapy working with people who have experienced trauma and PTSD.

My first session

The first session I offer is an assessment session that can last up to 1.5 hours. iI is an opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of what the client wants to work on and looking to explore together how this can be achieved. It provides an opportunity for questions to be asked and a working agreement to be agreed.
