About me and my therapy practice
Do you feel stuck? Anxious? Overwhelmed? Do you have troubling thoughts that you can’t seem to be free from? or maybe you can’t quite find the words to express what it is you’re going through.
It can be difficult to make sense of things by yourself and talking to others isn’t always helpful, but I offer a safe space where you won’t be judged and will always be respected. I am passionate about helping people to find peace and learn to manage turmoil.
In a relaxed, conversational way, we can talk through your concerns, learn to understand your core values and improve your relationships. You may prefer to explore past experiences and understand their impact or discuss your concerns about the future.
As an integrative therapist, I use tools and techniques from a variety of approaches and tailor them to suit your needs and personality.
My first session
I offer a free initial telephone consultation where we can discuss what it is you’re looking for.
If you’re just getting used to the idea of therapy, we can use your consultation to talk casually about what you might expect from our work together.
Our first online session will be a therapeutic assessment where I will ask questions to help determine your reasons for coming to therapy, we will then set out a plan for out work going forward.
