About me and my therapy practice
Hi I'm Chris and I practice in Leicester. At Leicester Therapy if you are struggling with something in your life at the moment and want to take that first step towards change I am here to help you.
I work with clients with a variety of issues, including trauma, shame, guilt, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, EUPD, child and adult abuse, PTSD and many others.
My priority is to provide you with a safe, confidential space and to support you through the whole process.
As a humanistic therapist I practice in a non-judgemental, ethical, structured way and can help you to develop your solutions that will help you change and grow.
The first session will give you the opportunity to see what being in therapy is like. There is no obligation to continue after this session if you do not feel completely comfortable. If you are looking for warmth and openness then please get in touch.
