About me and my therapy practice

Hi. I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience working with people willing to change limiting beliefs in life.

I offer online counselling both in English and Spanish.

I trained as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist CCPE ( Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education), London.

Previous to that I did a full Psychology degree at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA)

I am also fully trained in EMDR ( eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing), a powerful tool to deal with trauma.

Practice description

My approach to therapy is integrative. People are diverse and ways of facing and resolving problems vary from individual to individual

I feel that sticking to just one fixed approach would be forced and simplistic.

I work drawing from different theories and approaches what feels best for each individual experience.

My first session

I offer a £35 initial session so I can begin to understand your concerns

This will give us the chance to see if we can work together in the therapeutic process .
