About me and my therapy practice
Everyone faces challenges and dilemmas at times that can leave us confused. If you feel that you are ready to make changes, whatever it is that you are facing at this time, there is a good chance counselling may help you. I am a qualified humanistic counsellor.
My approach is mainly person-centred keeping my client's needs at the forefront and allowing them to be autonomous in sessions. My range of experience means I can combine different techniques and interventions to create the most effective therapy for your needs such as motivational interviewing.
My aim is to empower you to help you become clearer in what you desire and enable you to cope with challenges and make positive changes in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. This will enable you to explore any issues, emotions within a safe therapeutic relationship to discuss whatever is important to you at this time.
All sessions are offered through telephone or Zoom at present.
