About me and my therapy practice
Talking therapy can be very beneficial in providing a clear structure and focus for us to work at understanding ourselves, our goals and our relationships. I use a person-centred approach to help you to identify your strengths, your vulnerabilities and to identify the resources you already possess.
I am passionate about helping you to identify your obstacles in life, set objectives and enable you to overcome any barriers in order to achieve your personal and professional ambitions.
My usual practice is for sessions to take place on a weekly basis to allow for the relationship to be maintained and to monitor progress and changes made over the week. Sessions are delivered virtually via telephone/mobile phone or web-based delivery through Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
My first session
The first session is an introduction to each other. It is a chance to get to know each other and sets the foundation for the therapeutic relationship moving forward. We will work on developing your expectations and goals in this session using a person-centred approach.
