About me and my therapy practice
‘We hold all answers within us, if only we would begin’. This genuine belief has been the foundation of my work for the last 25 years that I have practised as a professionally qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Life Coach.
I work integratively and my Person Centred Approach ensures my sessions are tailored to suit individual clients needs.
Where appropriate and applicable, I use Creativity as a tool to enable my clients to explore and express personal dynamics. ie feelings, thoughts and ideas.
