About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and aim to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which you can explore your concerns, thoughts and feelings.

I am an integrative therapist, which means that I draw on a number a different therapeutic models to find the best and most appropriate way of working with you that suits your needs. I have worked with people from all walks of life and different cultures and specialise in LGBT+ related issues.

Reaching out for help and beginning therapy can feel daunting, but I know from personal experience and from seeing the benefits to others, that it can be immensely rewarding and have a positive impact on your quality of life.
