About me and my therapy practice

Feeling anxious or sad? Or unsure in social settings? Maybe you are not quite sure who you are anymore? Then maybe this is the opportunity to make sense of these feelings.

We live in uncertain times and seeking help can be challenging. There is the worry if the therapist is the right person for you. If you are strong enough to take a look at what is troubling you, or what may come up as you start to think about things.

I offer a space where you can take time to unpack what you have held on to for a while.

It is a chance to explore the roots of your current difficulties; from the start, establish if this is the right time for you or address any concerns.
