About me and my therapy practice

I have been in practice as a therapist since 1987 and I am a registered accredited counsellor. I am particularly interested in helping people with low self esteem and anxiety, as well as eating disorders, stress, depression, work related issues and emotional and relationship problems. Based in Ilford, the majority of my clients happen to be from ethnic minority communities. I’m very happy to see any person who feels they could benefit from counselling.

My first session

At the first session it would be an opportunity for us both to see if we would like working together and particularly for me to check out that I really have understood your situation and what you would like to get from the therapy.
