About me and my therapy practice
I’m very aware that people with pre-existing anxiety may find it harder to cope at this current time. As well as face to face counselling, I am also offering telephone counselling or online support to help you find ways to get through this particularly difficult time. Feel free to give me a call or text if you’d like me to explain how to arrange a session. Also what to expect from counselling if you haven’t been before.
I am a qualified counsellor and work as a member of the BACP. I carried out my training over five years at West Cheshire College in the North West of England.
Practice description
Integrative counselling allows me to draw on three different strands of counselling theory, teamed with the ethical code I am bound by under the BACP, this means I am always working with the client's best interests at heart.
I have worked with a wide range of clients suffering from an equally wide range of issues and whereby I understand that every person's experiences are different, I am able to draw on my knowledge to help establish a close empathic understanding.
I am an open, honest, trustworthy counsellor able to create a safe and confidential place for the client to open up and work toward helping themselves.
