About me and my therapy practice
I am passionate about the usefulness of therapy, and I have over thirty years experience, working with a wide variety of mental health issues.
The way I work is 'Integrative' incorporating a 'psychodynamic' understanding of the issues. This method is very helpful in identifying how problems may have originated (and the part we may now play, in perpetuating them).
I sometimes use art therapy, creative visualisation and inner child work.
Our work together will take place in an environment of support, trust and confidentiality.
My practice is based in North London. There are good transport links to the Piccadilly Line and Main Line station.
Stations are 10/15mins walk to my practice, but buses also stop close by. I have my own available parking spaces.
My therapy room is tranquil and quiet.

My first session
Our first session will discuss the problem or issue that you wish to resolve. Clarifying concerns, and an opportunity to ask any questions that are important to you.
Registering basic details, and discussing our contract.
