About me and my therapy practice

I view psychotherapy as a dynamic, non-judgemental and empowering process created between the two of us. I am trained to work with a wide range of issues and have a specific interest in working with women, specialising with those who are suffering with chronic health conditions, trauma and with survivors of sexual violence and abuse.

I work within a person-centred and eclectic framework, drawing on a variety of methods to tailor the work to the individual depending on their unique needs and what they bring to therapy.

As well as working in private practice, I am a volunteer counsellor for Rape Crisis and have qualifications in Nutritional Therapy, Women's Health and Hormones, Applied EFT, Wellness Coaching and Reiki levels 1 & 2.
