Practice description

All people face, at some point in their lives, difficulties that affect their emotions, and consequently their attitudes or even their physical health.

These difficulties can present themselves in several fields: marital problems, intense fear, anxiety, depression, sexual difficulties, feelings of inferiority, use of drugs, aggressiveness, stress, involvement of physical illness, etc.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is a form of treatment that considers the individual's unconscious processes, emotions, and the relationship with the psychotherapist as an important part of the treatment.

Psychodynamic therapy focuses on revealing and resolving those unconscious conflicts that are driving the symptoms. The main techniques used by psychodynamic therapists include free association, dream interpretation, resistance recognition, transference, working with painful memories and difficult issues and building a strong therapeutic alliance.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy, both short and long term, is effective psychotherapy.
