About me and my therapy practice

I work as an integrative counsellor and use a person centred approach also using person-centred art therapy when appropriate. I aim to work in an inclusive way people of different backgrounds and cultures

I work in a respectful, open and flexible way. I can offer short-term solution-focused work but am equally happy to look at issues on a deeper level working on a long-term basis

I will introduce myself, explain how I work and provide a clear outline of the client-therapist contract and provide a space for any questions the client may wish to ask
