About me and my therapy practice
Hi - I am Stacey. I have been helping people with lifes problems for over 10 years now and I may be able to help you too.
No doubt if you have found yourself reading this you are seeking some support with one or many of life’s problems or hurdles.

Lots of website information can bombard people with information they may not understand. Different approaches and therapeutic jargon. It's important that who you work with is a professional - I am accredited with the UK Council for Psyhotherapy. I am a member of the Bristish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and registered member of the Health and Care Professionals Council. This means I have done the relevent training and am commited to continued professional development.
What is Counselling & Psychotherapy?
It’s normally weekly, at the same time each week and sessions are for 50 mins.
It can be short or long term depending on your life problem and the impact it is having on you. This can also depend on what other support you have in your life.
The approach will be tailored to you and what you need.
I am also a trained clinical supervisor and have been offering supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors, psychotherapists and those working in the helping professions for 5 years.
I am based in Hackney and have availbility on Wednesday evenings.
