About me and my therapy practice

Hi, my name is Sean, and I have been working therapeutically with young people, adults, couples and families for nearly 25 years.

Listening and being guided by each persons specific needs, I offer support using creative and flexible therapies using several different approaches which are tailored specifically to the person or people that I'm seeing.

I have a great passion for equality and my practice is grounded in this to work together with people to explore and understand emotional difficulty, with a strong eye on the bigger picture in background, society and the wider influences that impact on our emotional and mental health.

I offer face to face, online, and walking sessions, depending on choice and need.
