Availability

I am based in Watford and planning to move to Bournemouth.  Because of that I work remotely and face 2 face to satisfy the need of every client. I work from Monday to Friday starting at 9am to 6pm but I am also flexible and we can work together to find a suitable time that best suits us both. I will let you know if I intend to be away for holidays or any unforeseen circumstances and I expect you to do the same. I also offer a 30 minutes initial assessment for free to see if the client and I can work together.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative psychotherapist and I work from a psychodynamic, holistic and relational approach. I also use the person-centred approach from the beginning when I have the initial assessment to create a bond with the client. The psychodynamic approach allows me to know the client's history, identification and any development which the client might be presenting in the now. The holistic approach helps me to work with the whole being of the client; the mind, body and soul. My work is very relational because I listened with my body, I show compassion, respect and honesty to my client, I am very present for them and inclusive.

My first session
