About me and my therapy practice
I provide support in the area of Relationship Counselling and Psychosexual Therapy. My experience is underpinned by a credible academic track record including Diplomas, Degree and Postgraduate qualifications.
I am accredited with the British Association of of Counselling and Psychotherapy and The College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.
Clients are in safe, secure, experienced and confidential hands where I deal with sensitive issues discretely and respectfully.
Where clients are in an existing relationship, I usually start by seeing both you and your partner in the first session. This is a safe, confidential environment to explore what's not working and what you would like to get from therapy. Where clients are not currently in a relationship, I will meet by way of establishing how counselling can be of support.
Your first appointment will be an assessment to identify what the concern is. No physical examination takes place and no intimate exercises ever take place during Sex Therapy sessions. There will be a requirement to meet with clients individually for two history taking sessions following the initial appointment. The duration of Sex Therapy depends on the nature of the difficulty and the pace at which the individual or couple move forward.
